Supportive associations

Grief & Loss Recovery : Day 65

There may come a time in your grieving where your friends and family can no longer provide all the support you need. When, and if that happens, seek the counsel of others experiencing exactly what you are going through: turn to a bereavement counsellor.

How do you find one?

I offer grief support groups for both adults and children.

Or, the funeral home which handled the arrangements for your loved one can provide you with a list of grief-related community resources.

And, should you find there are none available anywhere, and should you find that you have the energy to do so…you could start your own, through your local recreation district or community centre.
