Pay attention to your life – the patterns, behaviours, the people, the resistance and the synchronicities. You’ll begin to see the messages and the lessons. You’ll even understand why you didn’t get what you wanted at the time you wanted it.
Reoccurring patterns can be the most telling. Addictions, unhealthy desires, low self-worth, surrounding yourself with toxic people – these patterns will show up over and over until you fix them for good.
Oftentimes we will sit in the same place in life feeling stagnant. The world is rotating, the seasons are changing but the same problems remain. Dig them up. Talk to them and then release them into the Universe so that you can move on before it’s too late.
